This is a whole shit-ton of idiocy fed to me courtesy of Facebook the last couple of weeks.
I say idiocy because - well, while there is a lot to be admired there's a lot that's still not there.
It's not just limited to Facebook, I've noticed my "news feed" is starting to come up with AI generated articles that - from the headlines at least - make no sense whatsoever.
So I'll lead with those. Expect a humorous and scathing review of each beneath.
Beginning with Facebook's carefully censored ads:

Now, they got the audience right, who doesn't want a big pile of counterfeit cash?
And I can't see anything going wrong there.
Now, the "Read More" is there to protect you from a lot of CGI girls that Facebook thinks I want to follow, a few bogus "news" articles, and the "Cabin Crew" lot, which whenever I think I've seen it all finds ways to surprise me...

None of it good, but some of it entertaining. I'm just screenshotting it as it comes up, there are too many similar feeds on my Facebook.

Now, the "Account" I pulled this one from was "Colorado Geology", so - naturally of interest to me.
But, unfortunately, that crystal beach doesn't exist, never did, and if it did it sure in the hell wouldn't be in Colorado with that Ocean right behind it...

I bought this for the frame, the style of which I can work with.

I mean, I've grown so used to him I might even miss him. No. But I love how he's got that stoned look in his eyes, there's a hundred in town that look just like him, the kind you meet on Baker that offer you a puff of their joint, the beta-overly-chill-smoke-too-much-dope Jesus.
Always he's renewed in our own image...

Of course it's more Facebook AI generated nonsense, but I tell you, if I was heading off to lick some toads and get high this would definitely be my #1 candidate:

Trying to get it to generate pictures in the style of Edward Gorey. It's mastered (?? - somewhat) the style, but is having difficulty reading my prompts. For example, all images were generated from variations on the prompt: "A group of police officers chasing a masked bandit down the street at night, in the Style of Edward Gorey." I added a cat to one image. Results as follows:

Anyways, interesting, but not quite what I'm looking for...
